My background spans marine and offshore equipment, service leadership, aftermarket growth, operational improvement and cross-functional execution. I have led international teams, turned around underperforming regions and built advisory work on documented operational engagement rather than theory.

My advisory work focuses on Aftermarket & Service Growth — helping equipment-centric businesses in field-intensive industries strengthen service performance and commercial delivery.

I do not sell hardware or software. My role is to advise, structure and support implementation — from diagnosis and concept development to execution, turnaround and leadership in practice.
